By accessing or using the Chimpers Store (the "Website") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please do not use our Website or purchase our products.
Shipping
- For the Toylaxy x Chimpers toy, we ship worldwide.
- Once we accept your order (we’ll let you know by email, and arrange a refund, if we can’t) we will send you a confirmation email, with details of how to track the status of your order.
- For some items, we have different shipping options available, which you can choose when you checkout.
Returns
- If you are not satisfied with any products, please let us know by writing to team@chimpers.xyz.
- If you have simply changed your mind, you can return products and request a refund up to 14 days after the day they are delivered.
