Due to production timelines, specialty products may incur a shipping delay on your order. Please refer to individual product descriptions for fulfillment estimates. For products without indicated shipping estimates,  order processing may take 3-5 business days, but often ships sooner.

All orders outside of the United States will require a customs fee based on your individual area. 

International Shipping & Customs

While we do our best to ensure all packages arrive safely and on time, international shipments may occasionally experience delays or issues once they reach the destination country and are transferred to the local carrier or customs agency.

If any delivery issues arise after the package has entered the destination country, the recipient may need to contact their local postal service or customs office directly for assistance. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges required by their country.

Please note that some countries may require additional documentation or payment before a package can be released by customs. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate or control these charges, and by placing an order you agree to cover any applicable fees.

If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or import restrictions, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds for returned items may only be issued once the package is successfully returned to us in its original condition.
